More than a home cleaning service, Telkoto is an operating system for your home. We save you time with a one stop concierge experience for total home management. We use technology and a premier workforce of highly trained full time employees to execute all of our services so you always know the people making your home perfect.
The same team of two to four professional cleaners work during each appointment to execute an efficient deep clean of your entire home using the best products and techniques. Regardless of the room or the furnishings, we will make sure it is a comprehensive clean every time. Typical cleaning time is 60 to 90 minutes.
Simple Account Setup & Management
Easily set up your account and manage your appointments through our online portal. As a Telkoto member you'll receive two deep home cleanings each month and access to additional home services performed by our highly trained service specialists. Our service is detail oriented and tailored to each members home.
All Telkoto memberships come with free glass and plastic bag recycling. We use environmentally sound practices throughout the company, from non-toxic and biodegradable cleaning products to offering comprehensive home plans to help you go green.

No matter your needs, from lawn care, handyman work, plumbing, electric, installation and assembly services, junk hauling and goodwill donations, grocery and home essentials delivery to anything else under the sun. What should I do if telkoto doesn't currently service my area?
Please send an e-mail to email@example.com stating your zip code, and we can let you know how soon telkoto will be available.
How do I know I can trust the people being sent into my home?
At telkoto, we understand the importance of trust. That's why we run background checks on all our applicants as well as conduct regular drug screenings on our employees. We make it a point to hire only those individuals we'd trust in our own homes.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Telkoto's services are provided on a membership-only basis. There is no contract so members are able to cancel at any time. If renewal of services is terminated after our monthly billing cycle, the client will still receive all services for that month.
Do I have to be present for the cleaning?
We understand you have a schedule; don't let us keep you! You can be there if you so choose, but if you have things to do, just provide us with a way to get in and out and we'll take care of the rest. We background check all our employees to put your mind at ease.
Will it always be the same people doing the cleaning?
Almost always! We zone our employees to cover specific areas of the city so you'll see similar faces every visit.
Are tips accepted?
We do not accept tips as we pride our business on its ability to provide its employees with a livable wage of $20/hr with benefits.
Do you do cleanings on holidays? If so, is there an increase in price?
No. We believe our employees should be spending holidays with their families and loved ones like the rest of the community. We recognize all bank holidays.
Do you use HEPA-standard vacuum cleaners?
Yes. HEPA stands for High Efficiency Particulate Air. Our vacuums all have filters that can trap large amounts of very small particles that other vacuums would recirculate back into the air of your home. The filters are tested and meet the specific standard to be considered true HEPA. It is recommended for minimizing dust, dander, and other household allergens where people suffer from asthma, allergies, and other respiratory conditions.
Are you insured?
Yes. We have a million dollar liability insurance policy to protect our customers and our company.
Do you bring all supplies and equipment?
We bring everything we require! However, we understand sensitivities and personal preferences so if you have products already in your home that you prefer we use, just let us know in your initial consult. For example, if you prefer baby-safe or ECO-friendly cleaning products, we are more than happy to use what you have. You can also text, call, or email us with any further questions or concerns regarding our products.
Do you guys give references from your other clients?
Yes, we are able to give out references upon request.
Is there anything you guys do not clean?
Our services do not cover the exterior (windows, porch/patio, etc). We also do not generally cover attics or basements unless discussed in the initial consultation at an additional cost. We offer a few extended services for an added fee. We also give our clients multiple opportunities to specify things they'd prefer we leave alone or if they need something cleaned in a specific fashion. We take pride in cleaning your home and are eager to meet your expectations.
